The Ministerial Crisis in Francs. Paris, January 28. It has transpired that M. Ferry has been summoned by Piesident Grevy to undertake the formation of a new Ministry. M. Kerry has declined the task of forming a new Ministry.
P.vuis, January 29. M. Fallieres, who was Minister of the Interior, hi M. Duclerc's administration, has been summoned by the President to constitute a new Cabinet. Later. M. Fallieres lias formed a coalition Ministry, consisting of all his former colleagues, except M. Duelere, General Billot, (Minister of War), and Admiral .Jaureguiterry {Minister of Mines). M. Failures becomes Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs ; General T. Thoabudin succeeds General Billot as Minister of War ; and M. Titard is appointed Minister of the Interior.
[Received January 31. 1.10 p.m.] Puu.s, January 29. The debate on the bill providing foi the expulsion of the members ot the dynastic families, and for preventing the issue of nnti-Uovcrnmeiit manifestoes, took place in the Chamber of Deputies to-day. Ko decision was arrived at, and the discussion, which was of a desultory and uneventful character, was ultimately adjourned. The present Ministry arc in favour of effecting a compromise with the committee appointed by the Chamber to consider the measures which should be taken in the matter. The statement that General Tlieabudin had accepted a seat in the Cabinet as Minister of War is incorrect.

(kecciu'd January 31, ,'J.IO p.m.) The New French War Minister. Paris, Jan. 30. Gbxkkvi. Co mpknon has joined the new Ministry as Minister of War vice General Billot, who resigned with M. Duclerc.
Illness of the French Premier. In the Chamber of Deputies, last night, M. Faillieves, the new Premier, was taken suddenly ill while speaking, and was compelled to leave the chamber. The debate which was proceeding was thereupon adjourned until Thursday.
Serious Riot. A serious disturbance occm red to-day at Ureulot, a town in the depai tmeut of Saone et Loire, aiising out of the liotous conduct of a number of Italian br.iwlei&. They attacked and stoned the Gendrumes, who were called out to <|iiell the disturbance, and twenty oi them weie arrested.
