The hearing of this case was resumed; and , the last of the, counter claimants' ■ cases was furnished shortly after 11 o'clock. M.angakahia, for the principal claimants, stated that Mr Sheehan would appear to conduct their case, and asked an adjournment until after lunch to enable him t tp instruct Mr Sheehan 'accordingly.'
