TENDERS are required for CARTING about ONE THOUSAND TONS OF WHEAT from Matamata to Stanley, on the Thames River, at per ton of ten sacks. 1. Contractors must provide drivers, horses, gearing and drays. 2. Clover hay will be provided at Auckland rates, less freight. 3. A clover paddock will be provided for contractors' horses. 4. Carting must commence on or about January 22nd, 18S3, and must be finished not later than February 22nd, 1883. 5. Distance for grain to be carted, 10 miles. 6". Roads level and well formed. 7.
