IMPORTED PURE-BRED CLYDESDALE ENTIRE, SIE COLIN. Sir Colin, dark chestnut, pure-bred 1 Clydesdale horse, rising four years ; has immense bone, combined with splendid action. The following pedigree will show that he is bred from the best i stock : — He is out of ICate 111., by Sir Colin Campbell ; Kate, by Campsie 111. (imported) ; Kate, by Napoleon (imported), was the champion mare of New Zealand. For further pedigree see Canterbury Stud Book. Sir Colin was bied by Mr Holley, Canterbury, and is a sine foal getter. Mares can be arranged to be guaranteed. He will also only cover a limited number of mares. Sir Colin was shown against all coiners at the Auckland Show, as a two ami three-year-old, taking both first-class prizes, beating high-priced imported stock belonging to Messrs Maclean. This proves Sir Colin to be one of the best that can be bred. He will tiavel the Waikato district. Sir Colin was imported to Auckland, when rising two years, by Mr Holley, and sold to Mr Paul, of Mangare. Particulars in future issue.
