Earl Derby on Egyptian Affairs.— Heavy Snowstorms. (Received December 15th, '2.20 p.m.] London, December 14. Earl Derby addressed a, large public meeting at Manchester last evening. In the course of his speech he referred at length to the Egyptian Question, and repudiated the idea of an English force remaining in Egypt a moment longer than was necessary. A heavy fall of snow has been experienced in the west and north of England, and traffic is eutirely suspended in several places.
