IMPORTED PURE-BRED CLYDESDALE ENTIRE, SIR COLIN. Sir Colin, dark chestnut, pure-bred Clydesdale horse, rising four years ; has immense bone, combined with splendid action. The following pedigree will show that he is bred from the best" stock :— He is out of Kate 111., by Sir Colin Campbell ; Kate, by Campsie 111. (imported); Kate,' by Napoleon (imported), was the champion mare of New Zealand. For further pedigree see Can-, terbury Stud Book. Sir Colin was bred by Mr Holley, Canterbury, and is a sure foal getter. Mares can be arranged to be guaranteed. He will also only cover a limited number of mares. Sir Colin was 'shown against all comers at the Auckland Show, as a two and three-year-old, taking both first-class prizes, beating h.igh-priced imported stock belonging to Messrs Maclean. This proves Sir Colin to be one of the best that can be bred. He will travel the Waikato district. Sir Colin was imported to Auckland, when rising two years, by Mr Holley, and sold te Mr Paul, of Mangare. Particulars in future issue.
