[Received December 1, 7.15 p.m.] Imperial Parliament. — State of Ireland.— Cetewayo's Restoration. London, November 30. It is understood that the prorogation of Parliament will not take place to-morrow (Ist proximo), as previously announced, owing to the delay which has occurred in the passing of the Premier's resolutions regarding the appointment of a standing committee of selection. In the House of Commons to-day, Mr &. O. Tmvefiyan, Chief Secretary for Ii eland, stated if the leaders of the new Irish National League — Messrs Davitt and M. Haily (M.P. for Lexford), and J. E. Redmond (M.P. for New Ross)— continued to deliver speeches of an incendiary character the Government would deem it necessary to prosecute them, and to prohibit all meetings of the League. It has transpired that instructions have been sent to Sir Henry Bulwer, Governor of Natal, to reinstate Cetewayo as king of the Zulu tribes at the earliest opportunity.
