A man who had just alighted from a cat deliberately stabbed a juror in the case of Hynes, who is now under trial. The juryihan lies in a moribund, state. A bailiff, who was a witness of the outrage, made an attempt to seize the assassin. The latter, howjever, csoapefl' in the car from which he had alighted, but only after ft struggle iu'whicli he' was seserely stabbed by the bailifi".
