Madigan— Mr Dyer for plaintiff and Mr Gresham for defendant. On the application of Mr Dyer the case was adjourned till next Court day, without costs.

"Protection OrderMr Dyer appeared on behalf of Mrs Wylie, and applied fora protection order against her husband, James Wylie, under the Married Woman's Act, 1880. Applicant was sworn, and stated that she was at present living on her son's property, and he being married, was coining to live on this property. As applicant was now about to take a house for herself she was afraid her husband would come and annoy her. Had been deserted by her husband for twelve years past, during which time she had never received any support from him.— Application granted.
