IMPORTED PURE-BRED CLYDES1 DALE ENTIRE, SIR COLIN. Sir Colin, dark chestnut, pure-bred Clydesdale horse, rising four years ; has immense bone, combined with splendid action. The following pedigree will show that he is bred from the best of stock ;— He is out of Kate 111., by Sir Colin Campbell ; K«to, by Campsie 111. (imported) ; Kate, by Napoleon (imported), was the champion mare of New Zealand. For further pedigree see Can. terbury Stud Book. Sir Colin was bred by Mr Holley, Canterbury, and is a sure foal getter. Mares can be arranged to be guaranteed. He will also only cover a limited number of mares. Sir Colin was shown against all comers at the Auckland Show, as a two and three-year-old, taking both first-class prizes, beating high-pricou imported stock belonging to Messrs Maclean. This proves Sir Colin to be one of the best that can be. bred. He will travel the Waikato district. Sir Colin was imported to Auckland, when rising two years, by Mr Holley, and sold to Mr Paul, of Mangare. Particulars in future issue. Owners of mares should see this horse before making other arrangements. ROBT. LAMB.
