11l the House of Commons last; night Sir Stafford Northeote'a motion for the rejection of the cloture, as proposed by the Piemier, was, after further debate, negatived on a division by 304 to 240. The minoiity included the Irish members. Subsequently the rules for the adoption of the cloture were agreed to by the House.
