To decide whether the Board shall or shall not undertake the works, and borrow the money as above set forth, and levy a Special Rate as mentioned, A POLL of the Ratepayers of the Cambridge Highway District will be taken at the residence of John Runciman, Esq., Broad Meadows, on WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of November, 1882, commencing at 9 o'clock a.m., and closing at 6 o'clock p.m. JAS.
