A. Whit.ikcr, liscj , Solicitor, &c, Hamilton. Re £\XO award. — Application was duly made to the Supreme Couit, judgment recorded and entered up. A.JI Ja. was issued, and an intimation sent to ihecounty council. Messrs Hcsketh .md Richmond, thcii solicitors, requested us to defer proceeding's, ponding 1 a settlement. They ha\c communicdtcd with the courty council, but not set h.id reply. We can at any time put a. bailiff in possession ot the county council's furniture or other assets. W. Thornu.
