Starratt to sell at tin: Ohaupo Yards, on Thmsday, October 19th, immediately befoie commencing Cattle Fair — HIS FARM of 150 acres, being one of the pick farms in Waikato, and immediately joining the farms of Messrs Grierson and Blain, and in close pioxiniity to Messrs .Goodlellow aud Gibsons farms, divided into paddocks, and all laid down with English grasses. The Auctioneers would call special attention to persons in want of a nice homestead, as the land is all first-class, and \i ell w atered, and the house very comfortable, and all built of kauri timber.
