Souttkr, of the firm o/Jakvis, Soutter &Co., London, has this dag been admitted a partner in the business hitherto carried on by me, and that the same will be conducted in future under the style of Wells and Soutter. Referring to the above circular, intimating the formation of our firm, we beg to advise gou that with it is incorporated that of Messrs Jarvis, Soutter, & Co., London. Being thus directly connected with London, we are in a position to bug in the Home and Foreign Markets upon the best terms, and to lag down goods here at the lowest possible cost ; the benefit of this connection we purpose sharing with our customers. We are prepared to male cash advances on wool and produce consigned through us for sale in London, and to execute indents in the Home and Foreign markets on liberal terms. Soliciting a continuance of the patronage hitherto so largely given to our predecessor, we beg to assure you that your commands shall receive our best attention.
