THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19. Desirable Farm between Te Awamutu and Alexandra, with Comfortable Eight-Roomed House (all built of kauri) Outhouses, &c. The undersigned have received instructions from Mr W. Stawatt to sell at the Ohaupo Yards, on Thursday, October 19th, immediately before commencing Cattle Fair — HIS FARM of 150 acres, being one of the pick farms in Waikato, and immediately joining the farms of Messrs Grierson and Blain, and in close proximity to Messrs Goodfellow and Gibsons farms, divided into paddocks, and all laid down with English grasses. The Auctioneers would call special attention to persons in want of a nice homestead, as the land is all first-class, and well watered, and the house very comfortable, and all built of kauri timber.
