Departure of General Wolseley.— The Egyptian Army.— Europeans Returning to Alexandria. Alexandria, October 2. Sir Garnet Wols«ley is expected to leave Egypt on the 20th inst. Immediate action is to be taken in the re-org.uiisation of the Egyptian army, under a solieme to be formed by Baker Pasha. A considerable number of European and other refugees, who left Esypt at the time of the outbreak in June last, are now returning to their homes.
