General Wolseley to have the freedom of the City of Dublin. — Austria and RussiaLoitdox, 2lst September, 6.30. p.m. The corporation of the city of Dublin has voted the freedom of the city, and a sword to General Sir Garnet Wolseley. Prince Neketa, of Montenegro, has been invited to attend the Czar's coronation, and will be present. The Austrian Government in view of the action of Russia and Montenegro in regard to the late insurrection in the Danubian principalities, seems inclined to bitterly resent this invitation.
