The Enemy's Loss.— England and the Porte.— The Indian Force. Lcxndo.v, August 29, 4.55 p in. The enemy's loss in the recent engagement was 400 killed and wounded. The Convention between England and the Porte has now been signed. Major-General McPherson, V.C., Bengal Staff Corps, will make Nefich the base of his operations.
