London, August 26. The retnrn match at Clifton between the Australians and Gloucester was resumed to-day. The Australians in their first innings scored 190. The home team in their first innings put together 131. F. Townsend was the highest scorer with 27. Spofforth bowled splendidly, taking five wickets for 30 runs. The Australians went in for their second innings, and had scored 98 with six wickets down when time was called, and the match ended in a draw.
