WAIKATO COUNTY.

TAKE NOTICE. — The Waikato County Council intend to CLOSE the ROAD undermentioned ; plans and description of which may be inspected at the residence of Mr William Birss, Parish of Taupiri, for twelve weeks from this date.

Road to be Closed.

That piece of the old Great South Road, 1909 links in length, containing 1 acre, 3 roods and 23 porches, more or leas, situated in the Paiish of Taupiri, Provincial Distiict of Auckland, running through part of section 47 and section 48, the property of Mr William Birss. This is to notify that at the first meeting of the ci editors of tho above-named debtor, held at the District Court-house at Hamilton, in the said Provincial Distiict, William Andrew Richardson of Cambridge, aforesaid, Commission Agent, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that the said William Andrew Richardson has signified to me in wiiting his acceptance of the Trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
