WAIKATO COUNTY.

TAKE NOTICE. — The Waikato County Council intend to CLOSE the ROAD undermentioned ; plans and description of which may be inspected at the residence of Mr William Birss, Parish of Taupiri, for twelve weeks from this date.

Road to be Closed.

That piece of the old Great South Road, 1909 links in length, containing 1 acre, 3 roods and 23 porches, more or leas, situated in the Paiish of Taupiri, Provincial Distiict of Auckland, running through part of section 47 and section 48, the property of Mr William Birss. Notice is hereby given that the Rangiaohia Highway Di&tiict Boaid propose to STOL' the undci mentioned ROAD in the Pciri&h of Ma.nga.piko. A road containing 2 acics, 3 loods, 32 peiches, bounded noi th- westerly by allotment No. 48, and south-easterly by allotment No. 40, both the piopeity of John Cundy, and situated in the Parish of Mangapiko. A plan and accurate description of the load may be seen at the oflice of the Randaohia Highway District Board, Te Awamutu, for twelve weeks from the date hereof. W. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Tru&tecs of the above district to meet in the olßce of the Boaid on Saturday, 26th August, 18S2, at 7 p.m., for the puiposc of STRIKING A RATE of Nincjjcnce (Oil) in the £ on all lateablc propcity in the district, for the period from Ist April, 1882, and ending 31st March, ISS3; and that the said Rate is made due and payable in one instalment on the 14th September, 1882, to the Collector (Mr H. This is to notify that at the first meeting of the ci editors of tho above-named debtor, held at the District Court-house at Hamilton, in the said Provincial Distiict, William Andrew Richardson of Cambridge, aforesaid, Commission Agent, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that the said William Andrew Richardson has signified to me in wiiting his acceptance of the Trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
