The building i 3 40ft. by 50ft., nearly all first-class kauri, divided into four separate apartments, and all roofed with corrugated iron. There is between 30cwt. and 35cwt. corrugated iron on the building. Tenders will be received till next SATURDAY, 26th inst. The higheot or any other tender not necessarily accepted.
