Both Houses of Parliament adjourned to-day until October, When an extraordinary autumn session will be held for the purpose of dealing with Mr Gladstone's new rules of procedure. In the House of Commons last night an excited debate took place regarding the sentence passed upon Mv Gray, M. P. f or Carlow, for publishing in the Freeman's Journal an article reflecting on the Judges and jurymen engaged in the trial of an agrarian murder. The discussion lasted several hours, and was of a stormy character, but finally lapsed without any result.
