Movements of the British. Alexandria, August 17.
At a Council of War held yesterday, it was decided forthwith to make an attack upon Arabi P.tsha. An advance will be made from Aboukir, aud not as at first intended from Ramleh. A considerable force of Biitirfli troops will embark here on Saturday tor Aboukir Bay, and on the following day the foit there will be attacked befoi c the lauding oi the troops is proceeded with.
