Wkllinoton, Last Night. The House met at 2.30. The Bluff Harbor Foreshore Keclamation Bill, and the Dangerous Goods Bills were passed through Council, the latter with some amendments made by the House. The Thorndon Reclamation Bill was read a second time. The Savings Bank Act Amendment Bill was considered in Council, but as it met with much opposition progress was reported after an hour's discussion. The Auckland College Bill was read a third time. The Couit Appeal Act Amendment Bill, and the Criminal Law Bill were read a third time. The Supreme Court Bill, and the Law Amendment Bill were passed through the Council. The Private Tramway Bill was read a third time. The Council rose at 5 p.m.
