Waihato Times Offict, Wednesday. [rkutkr's telegrams.] london markets. LONDON, August 14.— Consols have declined to 97J. The market rate of discount has been further raised, Is 8d to 2s Bd, and is now only Is 8d below the bank rate. New Zealand securities and colonial breadstuff's and tallow are unchanged. The English harvest operations are progressing favorably and rapidh , and a g-ood yield is expected.
