NELSON, Wednesday.
At the inquest held on the body of the man Nelson, who was found dead in his cell at the gaol yes r terday, the'evidence showed that the' litthost attention and kindness was shown to deceased, who was left alone at his own request, and although the doctor who saw the man on Sunday morning had diagnosed the case correctly there appeared no probability of a fatal termination; -. The mortem examination proved that death had resulted from 1 congestion of the lungs, but the liver was diseased and all the stomach and intestines congested.
