TTTAITOA HIGHWAY DISTRICT. It is hereby notified that the Waitoa Highway District Board intend to meet in the Phoenix Hotel, Morrinaville, on the 19th day of August, 1882, at 11.30 a.m M for the purpose of MAKING A RATE of One Shilling in the Pound on all rateable property in the district for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1882, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1883, to become due and payable in one sum on the 2nd day of September, 1882. The Rate Book is open for inspection at the residence of Alexander Bremner, who is appointed collector to the Board , and the said Rate is to be paid to him at his residence on the said 2nd day of September, 1882. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Trustees of the above district to meet in the office of the Board on Saturday, 26th August, 1882, at 7 p.m., for the purpose of STRIKING A RATE of Ninepence (9d) in the £ on all rateable property in the district, for the period from Ist April, 1882, and ending 31st March, 1883; and that the said Rate is made due and payable in one instalment on the 14th September, 1882, to the Collector (Mr H. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Tuhikaramea Highway District Board to meet at the School, on Monday, the 28th day of August, at 7 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of MAKING a RATE of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on the rateable value of all property in the District, for the period commencing on the Ist clay of April. 1882, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1883, to become due, and payable in one sum, at the residence of James Wells, the collector, (where the rate-book is open for inspection) on the 4th day of September, 1882. TAKE NOTICE.— The Newcastle Highway District Board intend meeting at the Delta Hotel, Ngaruawahia, on Wednesday, August the 30th, at 12 o'clock noon for the purpose of MAKING a RATE of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on the rateable value of all property in the district for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1882, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1883, said rate to become payable in one sum on the 13th day of September to the collector, James Wells, at Mr Bailey's store, Whatawhata. "NEWCASTLE HIGHWAY DISNOTICE. A MEETING of the Ratepayers of the above district will be held at the Delta Hotel, Ngaruawahia, on Wednesday, August 30th, at 2 o'clock, p.m. Business : To consider Mr Bomfrey's claim against the District Board for compensation on account of alleged damage to his property by the action of former boards. The question of continuing or abolishing the system of Cattle Fees will also be considered. And any other business which may be brought forward. Ratepayers are particularly requested to attend. MANGAPIKO HIGHWAY DISTRICT. Meeting of Ratepayers. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the ratepayers of the above district will be held at the old Schoolhouse, Paterangi, on Saturday, Angust 26th, 1882, at 1 o'clock p,m. for the purpose of electing one trustee to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr F.
