The local business of Goldsbrough and Co., Hoffnungand Co , and Rowan and Co., are being formed into a company. The banquet which has been organised to welcome Sir Henry Parkes, who arrived here from Europe by steamship John Elder, last evening, will take place to-morrow (Tuesday).
