NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Trustees of the above district to meet in the office of the Board on Saturday, 26th August, 1882, at 7 p.m., for the purpose of STRIKING A HA.TE of Ninepence (9d) in the £ on all rateable property in the district, for the period from Ist April, 1882, and ending 31st March, 1883; and that the said Rate is made due and payable in one instalment on the 14th September, 1882, to the Collector (Mr H.T. T^AITOA HIGHWAY DISTRICT. It is hereby notified that the Waitoa Highway District Board intend to meet in the Phoenix Hotel, Morrinsville, on the 19th day of August, 1882, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of MAKING A RATE of One Shilling in the Pound on all rateable property in the district for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, ISB2, and ending on the 31st day of March,' lBB3, to become due and payable in one sum on the 2nd day of September, 1882. The Rate Book is open for inspection at the residence of Alexander Bremner, who is appointed collector to the Board , and the said Rate is to be paid to him at his residence on the said 2nd day of September, 1882. TAKE NOTICE.— Upon an application made by the Auckland Agricultural Company (Limited), the Cambridge Highway District Board intend to STOP a portion of the TRAMWAY ROAD, running in a south-easterly direction through Sections 96, 96a, 95, 94, 93, 90, S9, IS9, a portion of the estate of the said Company, situate in the Parish of Hautapu, Cambridge Highway District. A plan and description of the road may be inspected on application to Mr Richardson, at Fen Court, during the twelve weeks commencing from the date hereof. JAS.
