It is understood that the Hon. Lady Gordon and family and' suite leave here for Sydney on the 18th hist. Her Ladyship will meet Sir Arthur Cordon in Sydney, and thence they proceed to England.
Last Night. The New Zealand Electric Light Company have decided that the capital of £100,000 shall consist of 20,000 shares of .65 each, instead of 10,000 at £10 each.
