LoifDON, July 25, 6 a.m. A skirmish -lasting half-an-hour has taken place between the British advanced troops, and a party of Arabi's force. The English lost none, and the casualties on Arabi's side was slight, but 60 prisoners were taken. There are 30,000 rebels assembled at Ramleh, and the total of Arabi's force is estimated at 100,000, but they are mostly rabble. More Christians have been massacred at Smyrna. The Daily News says that Lord Kimberley replaces Mr Bright as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.
