0 Grave, how still thou art ! ' ' No sigh is heard in thoo; ' No groan. No helpless heart Aohes there with misery. Tears fall not all the night, 0 grave, in tlice. 0 grave, how safe thou art ? ' s ''' ' By this low, peaceful shore, ' ' Whose music soothes the heart Like mother-hymns of yore. ' Fears, troubles, sleep iv thee, 0 grave, no more. 0 grave, stretch forth thine arms ; Open tby faithful breast, , And gather tenderly ri The desolate te rest. Hope dead, to sleep in thee, 0 grave, were best. 0 grave, thou art tho gate, The flower- wreathed gate of Home; By thee tho faithful wait. Until their chosen come. Shut me no longer out, 0 grave, from home.
