NOTICE OF ORDINARY VACANCY. Newcastle Highway District. (LOCAL ELECTIONS ACT, 1876.) I, Thaddeus Vicars Fitzpatrick, Returning Officer for the Newcastle Highway District, do hereby give notice that I appoint Saturday, the 29th day of July, 1882, for the election of Five Tkustees Two Auditors and Two Fence-viewers.
