CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night.
At the Supreme Court to-day, Victor Pergue was sentenced to four years' penal servitude ; John Young to twelve months' hard labor for indecent assault; and George Hall, a boy, for the same offence, to turee months' hard labor and ten lashes.
