Arming and Strengthening the Forts resumed by Egyptian Troops.
The British Admiral demands a Surrender of the Forts to the Allied Powers within Twelve HoursAlbxandbia, July 9. The work of arming vand .strengthening the foits and harbor has been resumed by the Egyptian troops. The British Admiral, Sir Beauchamp Seymour has sent an ultimation to Arabi Pasha, demanding the surrender of the forts to the Allied Powers within twelve hours.
Arabi Pasha summoned to Stamboul. Coxstaxtixople, July 9. It has transpired that Arabi Pasha has been formally summoned by the Sultan to Stamboul, but that the Egyptian Minister has refused to obey His Majesty's command.
