Major Atkixsox gave notice of the following motion for Monday: —That provision be made against sic'uiess and pauperism by a compulsory national institution to secure the following benefits :—(I). Sick pay , for ' every single person, male or fenyile, .between the ages of 18 and' 65,' of not less than 15s per week during sickness ; (2). Sick pay for every married man of not less than 20s, and for married women 7s 6d during sickness ; (3). Superaiiuation allowance of lOs-fov every male or^fenjiale^from 60 years of age; (4)."
