TAURANGA, Last Night.
Capt. Morris, M.H.11., has just telegraphed that the scheme of the railway, Tauranga to the Lake*?, via Tahske, is approved. The sale of the Pukeroa block was an utter failure only iour lots were sold. The total realised was £327 10s. Had this block been handed to Vesey Stewart for special settlement as he desired, and offered .£12,000 for it nine months ago, it would now be settled. It is adjoining the Te Puke block.
