Constantinople, June 23. The German and Austrian ambassadors having received the necessary instructions from their Governments, the confeience on the Egyptian, Question has commenced its sittings. , Constantinople, June 24. The proceedings of the Conference of Foreign Ambassadors on the Egyptian question, which is now sitting here daily, are kept quite secret, nothing being allowed to transpire. Londox, June 24. Great activity now prevails in the English arsenals and dockyards, owing to the naval and military preparations necessitated by the slate of affairs in Egypt. It has transpired that the military authorities have arranged ,that the force of British troops now" at Malta shall at once embark for Egypt, for the purpose of protecting the canal,
