Exodus of Europeans. Alexandria, Juno 16. The panic among the Europeans in this country is increasing. The exodus continues, ami a laige number of those who have left their homes have gone aboard the merchantmen and warships of their countries now in port. June 17. It has transpired that the Khedive, acting at the instance of Germany and Austria, is endeavoring to form a new Ministry, in which Arabi Pasha will be included.
The Powers and the Sultan. Constantinople, June 17. Further communications have passed between the Amba&sadois and thePoite with regard to the European Conference which it lias been proposed to hold for the settlement of the Egyptian crisis. The Sultan, however, peisists in his refusal to meet the views of the Powers despite their recommendations.
Movements of the Channel Squadron. Malta, June 16. The English Channel squadron has arrived here to reinforce the Mcditenanean squadron at Alexandria. Several British transports are lieie, and are embarking troops in view of possible contingencies in Egypt.
Despatch of Ships to Alexandria. Alexandria, June 17. Intelligence has been received that in consequence of the inadequate accommodation provided by vessels now in poit, all European States are sending ships lieie to embark their subjects. Telegrams aie to hand stating that active prepaiations aie proceeding at the chief Emopean poits in the Mediterranean for immediate despatch of several vessels •with ample accommodation, the greatest excitement and alarm pie vails among Europeans here.
European Panic. Caibo, June 17. The panic among Europeans is hourly increasing. All the foreign banks and shops in this city have been closed, great alarm is manifested at the hostile demeanor of the native population, and a general exodus of Europeans to Alexandria is taking place.
Formation of a New Ministry. Alexandria, June 17. ltayhcb Sick Pascha has been entrusted by the Khedive with the formation of a new Ministry.
