Auckland, Last Night. Judoe Gilliks sat in chambers on Saturday to settle issues m a civil case in the action of Gammon v. Craig for libel, damages £2000. The Judge remarked that there was no libel and nothing to tiy, and th.it the plaintiff could gam nothing by pit>eeediug further.
