LATEST AUCKLAND NEWS. (BY TELEGRAPH-OWN CORRESPONDENTS.)
Aucklavd, Last Night. The English Mail. Mr Gamdlk, the Auckland agent of the P.M. S.S. Co., has received a cablegram intimating the departure of the Australia with the English and American Mails from San Francisco, on the 4th hist. The Australia may therefore be expected to arrive here on Sunday, the 23th.
Burglary. At the Police Court, to-day, Joseph Hays was committed for trial for the , robbery of £13 from the dwelling-house of Mr Chas. Stone.
