Having in view the immense success attendanton similar establishments throughout America, the Promoters have taken steps to acquire an intimate knowledge of the working and management of such institutions, and they' have engaged a thoroughly, competent manager,, who has had practical experience hvcneese-inaking ' both in America and Victoria TKe'fact that the calls on the shares are extremely low, and are extended over a period of twelve months, will enable all I the adjacent farmers to participate directly in ithe profits, and at the same time to secure to> themselves a certain and regular sale for the milk produced on their farms.
