THE MURDERER HIROKI. [BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.]

Wellington, Tuesday. A special meeting of the Executive Council was held at the Government House to-day. His Excellency the Governor presiding. The case of the convicted murderer Hiroki was considered, and it was finally decided to allow the law to take its course. The sentence of death passed on Hiroki will therefore be carried out. The date of his execution is not yet certain.
