Mr Parnell and the Party of Violence.
London, May 26. In the House of Commons hist night, the Irish Repression Kill was again under discussion on the second reading. An amendment was pi oposed by Mr Cowen, member for Newcastle-on-Tyne, which Avas after a lengthy debate negatived on a division by a substantial majority, and the House then went into committee ot the whole on the Bill. In the couise of the debate which followed, Mr Painell took occasion to lefcvto the statement made by Mr Dillon on the previous night — that as evictions weie continuing in Ireland, he must lefuse to denounce the commission of outrages against huidloulis.— Mr. Parnell considerably modified Mr. Dillons remaiks, with which he declaied he could not agiee, and concluded by condemning in stiong terms the peipetration of agrarian outrages, and "boycotting." The consideration of the Bill in committee was at a late hour adjourned to the next sitting.
