NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night.

The adjourned meeting ot Halse and Roy's 01 editors to-day, Mr Roy said he was not in a position to make any ofter to the creditors. Alter discussion, it was resolved that the estate of the late Mr Halse be assigned by the executors, and the estate of Halse and Roy be assigned to Mr Roy for the trustees for, the equal benefit of the creditors in the two estates, such cieditors being placed on an equal footing, and that, in consideration of Mr Roy cordially and gratuitously assisting in winding up such estates, he be released from all liability for trust, as well as other moneys." Large numbers of natives are arriving from Mokau to be present at the Native Land Court.
