PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. A MEETING of the Ratepayers of the Waitoa Highway District will be held at the Nottingham Castle Hotel, Morrinsville, on Monday, the sth of June next, at half-past two o'clock p.m., tor the purpose of deciding whether certain roads within the district (particulars of which have been advertised once in each week for 12 weeks) shall be stopped or not. NOTICE is hereby given that tin. Waitoa Highway District Board propose to STOP the undermentioned ROADS in Te Pae o tu Rawaru, No 2 Block, and to take land for Roads in lieu thereof :—: — Roads to be Closed. 1. A Road containing 11 acres 24 perches, bounded north-easterly by section 4 (E. P. Burburry), and south-westerly by section 15 (Rich and Williams). 2. A Road containing 16 acres 1 rood 20 ]jerches, bounded north-easterly by sections 14 and 15 (Rich and Williams), and south-westerly by section 16 (Rich and Williams). 3. A Road containing 24 acres 1 rood 18 perches, bounded westerly and north-westerly, by sections 14, 13, 12, 7 and 6 (the property of Messrs Rich and Williams, Smale, Wright, and Hunt), south-easterly and easterly by section 5 (Simpson and Co.), and section 15. . 4. A Road containing 25 acres 1 rood 18 perches, passing through section 12 (W. C. Wright), and between sections 10 and 11 (Rich and Williams, and J. B. Kells). 5. A Road containing 1 rood 17 perches, bounded generally north-easterly by sections of ,road, and by section 1 (Burnett), and south-easterly aud south-westerly by section 3 (the property of Messrs Simpson and Co.) Plans and accurate descriptions of the Roads to be closed, and the Roads to be taken, may be seen at the house of the undersigned for twelve weeks from the date hei'eof. WILLIAM P. IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF AUCKLAND, HOLDEN AT HAMILTON. In Bankruptcy. In the matter of "The Debtors ami Creditors Act, 1876," and of the several Acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of ROBERT STEWART, of Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, laborer, a Debtor. This is to notify that the first meeting of Creditors of the above-named Robert Stewart, held at the District Court-house, Hamilton, aforesaid on the sixteenth day of May, 1882, William Andrew Richardson, of Cambridge, aforesaid, accountant, was elected the Creditors Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that the said William Andrew Richardson has signified in writing to me his acceptance of the said trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid, Dated at Hamilton this 1 6th day of May, 1882.
