rpHE LICENSING ACT, 1881. To the Committee of the Licensing District of Taupiri. I, Alfred William Ellis, of Taupiri, in the Provincial District of Auckland, do hereby give notice that I desire to obtain, and will at the next Licensing Meeting to be holden at the Schoolhouse, Kirikiriroa, on the 2nd day of June next, apply for a certificate authorising the issue of a Publican's License for a house situate at Taupiri, containing eight rooms, exclusive of those required for the use of the family, and known as the Taupiri Hotel. I, William Henry Mitchell Lovell, of Taupiri, being the holder of a Publican's License in respect of the house and premises situate at Taupiri, and known as " The Taupiri Hotel," do hereby give notice that I desire to obtain, and will forthwith apply to the Licensing Committee to have the said License transferred temporarily to Alfred William Ellis who has leased the said house and premises.
