Meeting of "B" Troop.

A meeting of the Cambridge Troop was also held on Saturday night. There was a fair attendance, Captain Runciman occupying the chair. Considerable discussion took place on the subject of the present position of the cavalry, but no resolution dealing with the direct question of disbandment was passed. The members present agreed that it would be better to leave the initiative to be taken by the coinmamlingofficer, the troop holding itself in readiness to turn out if required. In the meantime it was understood the finances of the troop should be more clearly determined, those members who failed to attend the November drill to be sued for the amount of their fines.
