AS I understand that several Boards of Highway Districts within the Electoral District of Waipa are unable to collect their rates, owing to the impossibility of obtaining copies of the Gazettes proclaiming their various districts Highway Districts within the meaning of the Act, I shall feel obliged if all Boards thus embarassed will communicate with me as soon as possible, in order that I may take such steps as may appear advisable to rectify matters.
